  • What documents do I need to file my tax return? 

    • Please refer to Taxpayer Checklist and provide all applicable documents. 

  • What is the fee to complete my tax return?
    • Tax preparation fees vary depending on return-type and amount of bookkeeping or information. An estimate will be provided before we finalize and file tax return. 

  • How long will it take to receive my refund?
    • For clients that E-file: if you have selected direct deposit, it takes up to 28 business days for refund to be deposited. For clients who select paper check option, the process takes up to 6 weeks to receive paper check. 

    • For clients that mail in return, the process can take 8-10 weeks before processed and refund is released.

  • What is the fee to get a tax estimate?
    • We provide free tax estimates, with no obligation to file with us 

  • What if I received a tax form after I have already filed?
    • You will need to file a form 1040X to amend the original return. Contact your tax preparer to complete the amended return. Additional fees may apply.

  • How long do I have to amend a previous year tax return.
    • There is a 3 year statue of limitations for amended return. You have exactly 3 years from the original filing date or the earliest filing deadline to complete amended returns.

  • What to do if I get audited?
    • We offer full audit protection, we work with you through the audit process.
